Shipping Policy:
You have the choice of 2 shipping services. The services and costs are as follows: UPS Ground: Ship time 1-6 days (depending on where you live). UPS Expedite: Ship time 2-3 days. Shipping rates are calculated when you check out. All orders placed with our company are shipped using UPS. Delivery times vary due to many factors including availability of product, hours of operation, weather conditions, distance from our warehouse to your location, busy holiday seasons etc. Please take these things into consideration if you need an item in a certain amount of time. In general, from the time an order is placed to the time it is shipped is usually 1-5 business days. (Monday-Thursday). Delivery times are in addition to the time that is required for us to process, pack and ship your order. Shipping carriers do NOT make delivery date guarantees for orders shipped via Regular Ground Service.
Return Policy:
If you have a product compatibility question or issue, we recommend you call our sales staff prior to placing your order to insure that the product in question will work with your application and/or setup.
No Returns, except items shipped in error. NO EXCEPTIONS. Errors must be reported to Returns@FireDragonPaintball.com within 48 hours. Customer must refer to manufacturer warranty for all defective and/or damaged items. If you receive a defective item that does not have a manufacturer warranty, email us within 48 hours. Pictures may be required. Customer is responsible for postage on defective items.
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will our company accept returns on items that are not defective and have been used by the customer.
There is absolutely NO WARRANTY expressed or implied on paintballs of any type, brand or color.
All returned merchandise (with the exception of items shipped in error) may be refused at the customers expense and/or subjected to a 15% restocking fee. In this situation shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded.
